The GAP2 project aimed to foster collaboration among fishermen, scientists, and policymakers to achieve sustainable fisheries for the benefit of society. MEDAC was a member of the project’s Steering Committee and involved in three case studies in the Mediterranean basin: in Italy (fish and fishing effort), Malta (trawl fishery management), and Spain (Mediterranean red shrimp).
