Presentation of DG MARE of the proposal for a Regulation on technical measures and WG on the Jurisdiction of waters – 2016

Considering the issues that have recently arised, concerning the jusdiction of waters, this WG will be useful in order to gather knowledge and help stakeholders give their feedback.
